2,500 miles is a long way to keep a piece of paper alive.
Between truck stops, weigh stations, and sleeper berths, paper BOLs have a thousand ways to disappear. BOLinkz puts them somewhere they can’t — your phone.
The real cost
Paper doesn’t survive the road
Coffee spills, wind at the fuel island, a door pocket that doubles as a trash compactor. Paper wasn’t built for OTR life.
Days between pickup and delivery
On a cross-country run, you’re holding onto paper for days. That’s days of risk before the receiver ever signs it.
Settlement waits for snail mail
You delivered in California but your carrier’s in Georgia. The paper has to get there before you get paid.
How BOLinkz works on the road
- 1
Pick up with a digital BOL
The shipper uploads your bills before you leave the dock. They’re on your phone before you hit the highway.
- 2
Deliver with an e-signature
At the receiver, they sign on their phone. The POD is timestamped and GPS-verified at the dock.
- 3
Settlement starts immediately
Your carrier or broker sees the signed POD in real time. No mailing, no scanning, no delays.
What you get
Digital Vault
Every BOL and POD stored securely in one place. No door pockets, no lost papers, no crumpled receipts.
E-Signatures
Receivers sign on their phone at the dock. GPS-stamped, time-stamped, legally binding under the ESIGN Act.
GPS Verification
Every e-signature captures exact coordinates. Proof the delivery happened where and when it should have.
Phone-First Design
Built for the cab, not the office. Big tap targets, dark mode, works on any phone with a browser.
“I was at a Pilot just outside Kansas City, dumping my trash bag, and my bills went right in with it. I showed up at the receiver empty-handed and embarrassed. That day I said never again. That's why BOLinkz exists.”

Frequently asked questions
Does it work without cell service?
You need a connection to upload and share, but documents you’ve already received are cached and viewable offline in your browser.
Can I use it at every shipper and receiver?
Yes. The shipper and receiver use magic links in their browser. They don’t need the app or even know what BOLinkz is.
How does it help with detention?
Every interaction is time-stamped. If a receiver takes 4 hours to sign, you’ve got GPS-verified proof of when you arrived and when they finally signed.
Is my data secure on the road?
Everything is encrypted and stored in the cloud. Even if you lose your phone, your documents are safe and accessible from any device.
Your bills survive the trip. Every time.
