Fleet starts with 5 drivers included in the base price. Need more? Add drivers anytime at $7/driver/month. Each driver gets their own vault, their own share links, and full access to every feature in Pro. You get a centralized dashboard to see all loads across your team. Billing updates instantly — add or remove drivers and your plan adjusts at the next billing cycle. No minimums, no long-term contracts.

What is bill sync (People), and how is it limited on Free?
Bill sync lets a contact see your vault in real time when you enable it on a saved place. On the Free plan, any single BOLinkz user can receive sync from up to 5 different drivers (distinct accounts) at once. Separately, if you are the one viewing someone else’s synced bills, you can open or save up to 20 different synced loads per calendar month (UTC). Re-opening the same load in the same month does not use an extra slot. Pro and Fleet remove both caps.
Do sync limits affect my own uploads or signatures?
No. The 5 bills/month Free cap applies to documents you create in your vault. Sync limits only apply to the People → sync relationship: how many drivers can sync into one contact on Free, and how many distinct synced loads a Free viewer can open or save per month.
Who should upgrade if sync hits a limit?
Either side can upgrade to Pro. Usually the dispatcher or manager upgrades so they can follow unlimited drivers and open unlimited synced bills; drivers can stay on Free if that fits their workflow.
When does the monthly synced-bill count reset?
It resets on the first day of each calendar month (UTC), same idea as a monthly meter.
Is Fleet different from Pro for sync?
Fleet includes everything in Pro for each seat, including unlimited bill sync. Fleet adds org-focused features (dashboard, team management, compliance reporting, and driver-based billing).
All plans include SSL encryption, GPS verification, and immutable audit records.
