Put the scanner app down. You don’t need it.
Scanning takes a perfectly good digital file, prints it on paper, and then takes a degraded photo of that paper. That’s three unnecessary steps. BOLinkz skips all of them.
The real cost
The absurd workflow
Shipper creates BOL on computer → prints it → hands you paper → you photograph it → text blurry photo to dispatch. Five steps for what should be one.
Quality loss at every step
Each conversion — digital to print, print to photo, photo to compressed text — degrades the document. By the end, it’s barely readable.
Scanner app frustration
Frame it right, hold still, wait for processing, crop, rename, send. Every load, every document. It’s tedious.
How BOLinkz eliminates scanning
- 1
Shipper sends the original file
The same PDF they’d print — they upload it through a link instead. Original quality, zero degradation.
- 2
You carry the original
The original PDF is on your phone. No printing, no photographing, no scanning. Crystal clear.
- 3
Everyone gets the original
When you share with dispatch, broker, or billing, they get the original file. Not a copy of a copy of a copy.
What you get
No Scanning Needed
Everything starts digital. No blurry photos, no scanner apps, no re-keying data from crumpled paper.
Magic Links
Shippers upload BOLs through a link you text them. Receivers sign through another. No apps, no accounts.
Clean PDF Output
Professional proof-of-delivery pages appended to your BOL. No stamps over existing text — clean and court-ready.
Instant Sharing
Send any document via text or email with a magic link. No app download needed — works in any browser.
“I was at a Pilot just outside Kansas City, dumping my trash bag, and my bills went right in with it. I showed up at the receiver empty-handed and embarrassed. That day I said never again. That's why BOLinkz exists.”

Frequently asked questions
What if the shipper insists on paper?
You can upload the PDF yourself as a fallback. But ask if they can send you the file they printed from — most are happy to.
Is this faster than scanning?
Much faster. The shipper uploads in 30 seconds. You have the document instantly. No camera, no cropping, no processing.
What about documents that only exist on paper?
For now, photograph or scan them as you normally would and upload the file. But for BOLs specifically, the shipper almost always has a digital version.
Does this work for all document types?
BOLinkz handles PDF files. Most trucking documents — BOLs, rate cons, lumper receipts — are available as PDFs.
