BOLinkz
Drop & hook

You didn’t stay for unload. The proof still has to be solid.

Drop-and-hook is built for time savings — not for losing track of which receiver signed, when the trailer was empty, and who had custody. A digital BOL and POD line keeps the story straight.

The real cost

Delayed sign

Ghost signatures

You’re long gone; someone else unloads. The receiver might sign tomorrow. Paper doesn’t wait in line with your logbook.

Split custody

Yard jockey, real driver

Two different people might touch the box before billing sees a POD. The picture in the group text isn’t a system.

He said / she said

Detention and drop fees

When the argument is about time on yard, a blurry photo doesn’t have a clock on it that everyone trusts.

How BOLinkz fits drop programs

  1. 1

    Sign link follows the load

Send the e-sign link to whoever actually signs, even if that’s later or at another door.

  2. 2

    Stack signatures on one bill

Multi leg drops can add POD pages on the same BOL so finance sees one file, not five threads.

  3. 3

Dispatch sees the moment it lands

Party the right people. They get the file when the signature hits, not when you remember to text a photo.

What you get

E-Signatures

Receivers sign on their phone at the dock. GPS-stamped, time-stamped, legally binding under the ESIGN Act.

GPS Verification

Every e-signature captures exact coordinates. Proof the delivery happened where and when it should have.

Real-Time Updates

The second a receiver signs, dispatch knows. No calls, no chasing, no waiting for a blurry photo.

Clean PDF Output

Professional proof-of-delivery pages appended to your BOL. No stamps over existing text — clean and court-ready.

“I was at a Pilot just outside Kansas City, dumping my trash bag, and my bills went right in with it. I showed up at the receiver empty-handed and embarrassed. That day I said never again. That's why BOLinkz exists.”

Frequently asked questions

Can a receiver sign after I’ve left the yard?

Yes. The link is still a legal record with their print name, time, and location. That’s the point of e-sign, not a carbon copy in your hand.

Is GPS fair if I already dropped?

The signer’s device captures where they are when they sign. That’s usually the facility — which is what you want for ‘signed at receiver.’

Does BOLinkz replace a yard check-in sheet?

BOLinkz is your BOL and POD chain, not a yard management system. It replaces lost paper between you, broker, and receiver.

Free tier?

Yes — up to 5 documents a month to start, no card.

Drop the trailer, not the proof.

One digital chain from hook to final signature.
