BOLinkz
E-Signatures

The receiver signs on their phone. You drive away with proof.

No clipboards, no pens that don’t work, no carbon copies that smudge. The receiver opens a link, signs their name, and the proof of delivery is done.

The real cost

50-year-old process

Pen and clipboard era

Handing a clipboard to a receiver and hoping they sign legibly is a system from the 1970s. We have smartphones now.

8% left unsigned

Unsigned deliveries

Busy receivers skip the signature. You leave without it. Now there’s no proof the delivery was accepted.

No printed name

Illegible signatures

Even when they sign, you can’t read it. And if you can’t read it, it’s hard to prove who signed.

How e-signatures work with BOLinkz

  1. 1

Text the receiver a sign link

At the dock, share a magic link via text or email. The receiver opens it on their phone.

  2. 2

    Full-screen signing

Large signature canvas, printed name field, and legal attestation. Clear, readable, legally binding.

  3. 3

    Proof is instant

GPS coordinates, timestamp, printed name, and signature — all captured and appended to the BOL as a clean PDF page.

What you get

E-Signatures

Receivers sign on their phone at the dock. GPS-stamped, time-stamped, legally binding under the ESIGN Act.

GPS Verification

Every e-signature captures exact coordinates. Proof the delivery happened where and when it should have.

Clean PDF Output

Professional proof-of-delivery pages appended to your BOL. No stamps over existing text — clean and court-ready.

Real-Time Updates

The second a receiver signs, dispatch knows. No calls, no chasing, no waiting for a blurry photo.

“I was at a Pilot just outside Kansas City, dumping my trash bag, and my bills went right in with it. I showed up at the receiver empty-handed and embarrassed. That day I said never again. That's why BOLinkz exists.”

Frequently asked questions

Does the receiver need an account?

No. They click a link, sign on their phone, and they’re done. No app, no account, no passwords.

Is it legally binding?

Yes. The ESIGN Act makes electronic signatures legally equivalent to handwritten signatures. BOLinkz adds GPS and timestamp verification.

What if the receiver is hesitant?

Show them it takes 30 seconds. Most receivers prefer it once they try it — it’s faster than finding a pen.

Can the receiver sign after I leave?

Yes. The sign link stays active. They can sign from their phone later. The GPS stamp will show their location at the time of signing.
