Electronic signatures are about identity and process, not a 9-to-5 window. You still have to follow your customer contract, but a signed POD with a timestamp is real proof.
What if the receiver is a third party watchman?
Your receiver rules are between you, your customer, and the law. BOLinkz makes the file hard to lose; it does not choose who is allowed to sign.
